Roofsol Energy Signs PPA with IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries for 710 kWp Rooftop Solar Project
Roofsol Energy has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with IVL Dhunseri Petrochem Industries for a 710 kWp rooftop solar project at the latter’s Haldia facility in West Bengal.

“This partnership marks a key milestone in IVL Dhunseri’s sustainability journey, as they transition toward clean, reliable solar power for their operations — while reinforcing Roofsol Energy’s mission to deliver industrial decarbonisation at scale. Together, we are driving forward the energy transition for India’s core manufacturing sectors,” stated the company.
Last month, Roofsol Energy raised INR 210 crore from Aseem Infrastructure Finance to develop 92.66 MWp of IPP and group captive solar assets across India. The company also announced the successful commissioning of 14 solar EPC projects with a combined capacity of about 29 MWp across 12 Indian states and 5 industrial sectors.
