World leading Renewable Certification body DNV GL came to Nottingham yesterday to celebrate with Romax its 25th anniversary and the official opening of the company’s new building – the Romax Technology Centre on the University of Nottingham Innovation Park.

In addition to this, there was a special reason for the visit – to celebrate Romax achieving its 30th DNV GL Statement of Compliance (A-Design Assessment Certification) in four years. A new record, where GL spent only three weeks to complete the 30th A-DA certification assessment work.

Romax who pioneer the ‘Right first time approach’ have developed an excellent relationship with DNV GL and DNV GL certification standards which experienced engineers together with our design expertise, software tools and consultancy services have enabled Romax to speed up the certification process.

The 30th certificate is a marked milestone in the company’s homage to the wind industry and in its relationship with DNV GL, but it won’t be stopping there…with its sights on a 35th A-DA certificate by the end of 2014 Romax will be working hard to ensure it continues to succeed in reducing design costs to save its customers faster time to market!

"Romax has over 25 year’s worth of experience as a company across multiple industries. We are proud to be recognized as one of the most successful and valuable clients by DNV GL. Holding this unbeatable record leaves us confident in achieving our next milestone!" Ella Lou, Business Development Manager & Project Manager, Romax Asia Pacific.
