RfP for preparation of Master Plan for 4 Solar Farms in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh is fast becoming the destination of choice for major investments in the areas of renewable energy. The state is having a vast potential of renewable energy and specifically in solar energy. The total installed capacity of solar has reached to 354 MW, which is expected to reach more than 800 MW this financial year.

During the growth of solar projects last year, a very significant phenomenon emerged suggesting interest of small investors in solar power projects. In order to facilitate these small scale investors in setting up their plants in plug and play mode, it is intended to develop initially 4 number Solar Farms, each having maximum capacity of 15 MW. In this regard, the state is desirous of preparing a Master Plan for development of Small Scale Solar Farms in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This notice is focussed on preparing a Master Plan for development of Small Scale Solar Farms in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Last date for submission of application is 31st October 2014, 3.30 pm
