Revfin Partners with GoI's Social Justice Department for to Provide Digital Lending Services
With a track record of investing in approximately 50,000 E-rickshaws, Revfin's participation in this initiative will expedite its goal of supporting the financing of 2 million electric vehicles nationwide within the next five years.

To support faster adoption of sustainable mobility and related ecosystem in Maharashtra, Revfin has partnered with the Government of India's Social Justice Department to provide digital lending services and foster financial inclusion.
The company recently made a presentation to the Hon'ble Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Ramdas Ji Athawale (MOS J&E), at the second ‘PM Solar2EV’ Stakeholder meet held in Mumbai. The presentation on the success Revfin has had in empowering women e-auto drivers and the efforts made by the firm were enthusiastically welcomed by MOS J&E.
Welcoming Revfin’s ambitious plans for the PM Solar2EV Initiative, Athawale said, “I am pleased to welcome Revfin to the PM Solar2EV Initiative, to ease the adoption of sustainable energy and transportation solutions. Revfin’s initiatives for the empowerment of youth and women align with our vision of enabling marginalized communities to foster inclusive growth,” Athawale said at the meeting, which was attended by senior management officials of the firm.

Commenting on this association, Sameer Agarwal, CEO & Founder of Revfin, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership with the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, which has initiated the Solar2EV Project in Maharashtra in assistance with the State's department for the empowerment of weaker sections.

The Solar2 EV Project, which is a twin initiative with the Maharashtra Government, aims at democratizing sustainable energy and transportation solutions. Under this program, Revfin will serve as the financing partner, dedicated to funding electric vehicles and facilitating the requisite ecosystem for the state's five corporations.
