ReNew Energy Global Plc (ReNew) has reported a significant turnaround in its financial performance for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023.

During Q2 FY24, ReNew posted a net profit of INR 377.1 crore, marking a substantial improvement from the ₹98.6 crore net loss reported in the same period last fiscal year. The shift can be attributed to higher income, with the company's total income surging to INR 2,863.2 crore from INR 2,240.9 crore in the year-ago quarter.

ReNew's adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) also witnessed a positive trend, standing at INR 2,129.8 crore in Q2 FY24, compared to INR 1,820.9 crore in Q2 FY23.
