ReNew Reports 38 Percent Growth in FY26 Income to INR 15,063 Cr, Net Profit up by 126 Percent

ReNew Energy Global Plc reported a 38.1 percent YoY rise in FY26 total income to INR 15,063.5 crore and a 126.2 percent increase in net profit to INR 1,038.5 crore, alongside expansion of its renewable energy portfolio to nearly 20 GW.

ReNew Energy Global Plc (ReNew) reported a year-on-year total income growth of approximately 38.1 percent in FY26, rising from INR 10,907 crore in FY25 to INR 15,063.5 crore in FY26. The company’s net profit grew by 126.2 percent YoY to INR 1,038.5 crore in FY26 from INR 459.1 crore in FY25.
 
In Q4 FY26, the company reported a total income INR 3,954.8 crore, compared to INR 3,439.1 crore in Q4 FY25, marking about 15 percent YoY growth. However, the company’s net profit declined by approximately 75.2 percent YoY to INR 77.7 crore in Q4 FY26 from INR 313.7 crore in Q4 FY25.
 
Revenue from the sale of power for FY26 was INR 8,819.6 crore, compared to INR 8,160.6 crore for FY25. Revenue from the sale of power for Q4 FY26 was INR 1,835.8 crore, compared to INR 1,841.4 crore for Q4 FY25.
 
Total income for FY26 from external sales of solar modules and cell manufacturing operations was INR 4,194.4 crore, compared to INR 1,325.3 crore for FY25. Net profit for FY26 from external sales of solar modules and cell manufacturing operations was INR 884.5 crore, compared to INR 262.3 crore for FY25.
 
As of March 31, 2026, ReNew’s portfolio size is about 20 GW (including 1.7 GW/6.2 GWh of BESS), compared to about 17.3 GW as of March 31, 2025. Additionally, ReNew has 6.4 GW of solar module and 2.5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacities and is expanding its solar cells manufacturing capacity by another 4 GW, which is expected to be operational by December 2026, stated the company.
 
The company’s commissioned capacity has increased 16.6 percent YoY to about 12.6 GW (including 100 MW/250 MWh of BESS) as of March 31, 2026. Subsequently, the company commissioned ~247 MW, taking the total capacity as on date to ~12.8 GW (including 100 MW/250 MWh of BESS).
 
The company expects to complete the construction of 1.6 to 2.4 GW by FY27.
