ReNew Reports 16 Percent Rise in Q1 FY27 Revenue to INR 4,786 Crore

ReNew reported a 16 percent year-on-year rise in Q1 FY27 total income to INR 4,786.4 crore, while net profit increased 16 percent to INR 595.3 crore and its portfolio reached approximately 20.5 GW, including 1.7 GW/6.2 GWh of BESS.

ReNew has reported a 16 percent year-on-year increase in total income to INR 4,786.4 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to INR 4,118.2 crore in Q1 FY26.
 
The company’s net profit for the quarter stood at INR 595.3 crore, up from INR 513.1 crore a year earlier, while Adjusted EBITDA increased to INR 3,039.2 crore from INR 2,722 crore.
 
As of June 30, 2026, ReNew’s portfolio stood at approximately 20.5 GW, including 1.7 GW/6.2 GWh of BESS. The company’s commissioned capacity increased 17 percent year-on-year to approximately 13.1 GW, including 100 MW/250 MWh of BESS, stated the company.
 
Subsequently, ReNew commissioned 466 MW of solar capacity, taking its commissioned capacity to approximately 13.5 GW, net of 100 MW sold as part of its capital recycling strategy.
 
The company has 6.4 GW of solar module manufacturing and 2.5 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity. It is also expanding its solar cell manufacturing capacity by another 4 GW, which is expected to become operational by December 2026, the company said.
 
Revenue from the sale of power stood at INR 2,674.9 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with INR 2,547.3 crore in Q1 FY26.
 
External sales from the company’s solar module and cell manufacturing operations generated total income of INR 1,677.7 crore, compared with INR 1,322.3 crore in Q1 FY26. Net profit from these external sales rose to INR 391.4 crore, while Adjusted EBITDA increased to INR 565.1 crore.
 
For FY27, ReNew expects construction completion of 1.6–2.4 GW. The company has retained its Adjusted EBITDA guidance at INR 103–109 billion and Cash Flow to Equity guidance at INR 18–22 billion. The FY27 Adjusted EBITDA guidance includes INR 1–2 billion from asset sales as part of ReNew’s capital recycling strategy and INR 10–12 billion from external sales of module and cell manufacturing operations.
