REIL Invites Bids for 30 MW Rooftop Solar Projects on State Government Buildings in Rajasthan
Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Ltd. (REIL) has invited bids for the development of 30 MW rooftop solar projects on state government buildings in Rajasthan, including 25 MW in Jodhpur and 5 MW in Pali. Bid submission ends on June 17, 2025.

It includes projects totalling 25 MW in Jodhpur district and 5 MW in Pali district. Bidders must also offer comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) for 25 years.
The estimated value of the tender is INR 170.70 crore.
Bidders need to pay INR 5,000 as a tender document fee. Further, they need to furnish INR 8.7 lakh/MW as an earnest money deposit (EMD).
The last date for submission of bids is June 17, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on June 18, 2025.
The tender specifies that the minimum bid capacity would be 5 MW in any district.
The bidder must have designed, supplied, installed, tested and commissioned at least one grid-connected solar PV power plant with a minimum capacity of 5 kWp. The cumulative capacity of grid-connected solar PV power plant(s) commissioned in the last seven years must be at least 10 percent of the quoted capacity.
The bidder must have a minimum net worth of INR 60 lakh/MW as per the latest available unconsolidated audited annual accounts which must not be more the 2 years old. Additionally, the bidder must have a Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of INR 1 crore/MW, during the last three years.
