The Indore Edition of REconnect Summit is scheduled to be held on March 20, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Palace in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Under the theme of ‘Central India’s Solar Rise: Madhya Pradesh Steps Forward’, the REconnect Summit Indore will place the state’s clean energy momentum squarely in the spotlight, bringing together a powerful mix of stakeholders from solar energy EPCs (C&I and residential), solar PV component manufacturers, and the energy storage ecosystem to collectively shape the next phase of Madhya Pradesh’s green growth story.

Designed as a full-day forum that convenes influential leaders, experts, and innovators to discuss pathways for Madhya Pradesh’s renewable energy transition strategy as it works toward its target of achieving 20 GW of RE capacity by 2030 and developing the state as a hub for renewable energy equipment manufacturing.

Dr. Umakanta Panda, Commission Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC), will be the Guest of Honour. Through his keynote address, he will emphasise the role of policy and regulations clarity in fostering renewable energy projects development by boosting investors’ confidence and helping RE and BESS expansion in the state.

The summit has garnered support from prominent industry players, including Deye Inverter, Anand E-Beam Cables, Feston S.E.V. Technologies, Gautam Solar, Cosmic PV Power, Pom Systems and Services (POM Power), SAEL Industries and Zuvay Technologies. All India Renewable Energy Association (AIREA) is the industry association partner for the event.

Featuring high-level panel discussions, expert-led sessions, and targeted networking, REconnect Indore 2026 will explore key topics including solar PV manufacturing growth, changing regulatory landscapes, utility-scale solar expansion, scaling C&I and residential rooftop adoption, open access and captive procurement models, BESS deployment for the C&I sector, and strategies for enhancing grid reliability.

The discussions during the event will revolve around:
  • C&I and Residential Solar – Accelerating Distributed Solar Adoption in MP: An in-depth examination of strategies to drive adoption across commercial, industrial, and residential segments, including net metering policy, open access regulations, financing solar projects, projects under PM Surya Ghar Scheme, distributed solar energy projects under PM KUSUM A and integrating BESS.
