Rayzon Solar is all set to enhance its state-of-the-art facility from 1.5 GW to 2.5 GW in the year 2023, using the cutting-edge Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCON) technology. Besides the expansion of a 1000 MW production facility, the company will also start manufacturing solar panels in the United States with its own 500 GW facility. This achievement will make Rayzon Solar the first Indian company to manufacture solar panels in the United States.
The German solar research organisation Fraunhofer ISE originally proposed TOPCON, a more advanced N-type silicon cell technology, in 2014. The biggest producers of solar panels in the world have embraced this technology, which has allowed them to reach efficiencies of more than 22 percent. By using TOPCON, Rayzon Solar can improve the efficiency of its panels and offer customers even better value for their investment.
“Our vision for the future is centered around innovation and driving positive change in the world. We believe that the transition to renewable energy is essential to achieving a more sustainable future, and we are proud to be a part of this movement. Our goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation and exploring new opportunities to create a brighter, more sustainable future for all,” said Chirag Nakrani, Director, Rayzon Solar.
Rayzon Solar remains committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to its customers. Its expansion plans and adoption of the latest technology highlight its dedication to sustainability and innovation.
“We are excited about the future and look forward to continuing to serve our customers with the same level of excellence and quality that they have come to expect from us,” added Nakrani.
The company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality solar panels that undergo rigorous testing, resulting in exceptional efficiency and durability. It has received positive feedback and support from customers in over five major countries.
