Rajasthan Invites Bids to Design Land Bank for 32 GW Solar Parks

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. has invited bids for consultancy services to design a land bank supporting 32 GW solar parks across government land, with submissions due by July 30, 2025.

The Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (RVUNL) has invited bids for consultancy services to design a land bank to support the development of 32 GW of solar parks across identified government land. The tender has been issued under a single-source procurement model.

The work involves mapping and assessing land parcels using KMZ layout and satellite-based surveys. The contract will be awarded on a one-time basis through a notified agency. 

As per the tender document, the bid submission deadline is July 30, 2025, and bids will be opened the same day. Interested consultants must submit their proposals at the office of the Superintending Engineer (NPP), RVUNL, Jaipur. The fee structure includes a INR 2,500 processing fee (payable to RISL, Jaipur) and a INR 5,000 tender fee plus 18 percent GST. All fees are non-refundable.
