Quantum Energy, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has collaborated with advanced battery and energy systems company EMO Energy to introduce the Quantum Bziness EMO, a purpose-built electric scooter designed for India’s high-demand last-mile delivery and fleet operations.
The new electric scooter integrates Quantum Energy’s vehicle engineering expertise with EMO Energy’s globally patented liquid-cooled battery technology, delivering a reliable, scalable and cost-efficient solution tailored to India’s evolving delivery ecosystem.
Sheetanshu Tyagi, Co-founder and CEO, EMO Energy, said, “The collaboration addresses the need for vehicles and energy systems to be designed together for high utilisation. Scaling last-mile mobility in India requires vehicles and energy systems engineered for real-world operating conditions. The Quantum Bziness EMO demonstrates how advanced battery technology combined with strong vehicle engineering can deliver predictable performance, low total cost of ownership and long-term reliability for delivery fleets.”
At the core of the Quantum Bziness EMO is EMO Energy’s 2 kWh ZenPac battery, offering a real-world range of up to 80 km and a top speed of 50 kmph. Designed for intensive daily use, the battery supports fast charging in just 20 minutes using EMO’s swift fast charger.
Chakravarthi C, Managing Director, Quantum Energy Limited, said, “This partnership strengthens India’s fast-charging EV ecosystem. Electric mobility in India is entering its next phase, where speed, convenience and reliability are as important as sustainability. Our collaboration with EMO Energy enables faster turnaround times, higher vehicle uptime, and greater confidence for commercial fleet operators and individual EV adopters.”
The ZenPac battery is backed by over 150 million kilometres of real-world operation, demonstrating stable performance with approximately 1.2 percent degradation at 300 cycles and under 2 percent degradation beyond 400 cycles. This performance is enabled by EMO Energy’s patented active immersion cooling, advanced energy management systems and active balancing battery management system, supported by 25 global patents.
With 1,300 plus fast chargers across more than 12 cities, EMO Energy’s charging ecosystem improves vehicle uptime and operational efficiency for riders and fleet operators.
Designed to meet the rigours of last-mile delivery, the Quantum Bziness EMO offers a payload capacity of up to 200 kg and is powered by a 2,500 W peak hub motor. The scooter features 12-inch wheels and a Combined Braking System (CBS) to ensure safety, stability and durability across urban and semi-urban conditions.
Quantum Energy currently operates over 100 service touchpoints nationwide, strengthening after-sales support and service accessibility for both individual and fleet customers.
To support rising demand, Quantum Energy has commenced operations at a new 6-acre greenfield manufacturing facility in Maheshwaram. Phase I will develop 55,000 sq. ft. of built-up area by March 2026, enabling production of 10,000 units per month. Phase II will expand the facility to 1,50,000 sq. ft. by mid-2026, with capacity increasing to 20,000 units per month by mid-2027.
Through this collaboration, EMO Energy is advancing its vision of building India’s largest vertically integrated energy ecosystem, enabling efficient energy flow from source to wheels. Together, Quantum Energy and EMO Energy aim to deploy 10,000 electric scooters over the next 12 months, making last-mile delivery more scalable, cost-effective and reliable while accelerating India’s transition to clean mobility.
