Premier Energies Ltd. has unveiled its next-generation 620 WDCR solar modules using G12RTOPCon technology, among the highest-output, large-format panels now available in India.
With the introduction of Tunnel Oxide Passivated (TOPCon) Contact architecture, the G12R 620 W module delivers exceptional power density, an improved temperature coefficient, and stronger low-light performance. The rectangular G12R N type cell format unlocks higher string power and BOS optimisation, making it ideal for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial rooftop projects.
As one of the earliest adopters of this technology domestically, Premier Energies continues to push the boundaries of performance, reliability, and sustainability in solar.
“As one of the first few companies to bring 620 WDCR modules to market, we are offering a future-ready solution to help solar power investors and consumers extract more energy and value from every ray of the sun. These modules, compliant with India’s Domestic Content Requirement (DCR) regulations, go a long way in supporting the country’s solar power ambitions and Make in India policy,” said Chiranjeev Saluja, MD and CEO, Premier Energies.
Some of the Key Features of 620 W G12R TOPCon Modules are high output, TOPCon efficiency, rectangular G12R format, enhanced durability, and lower LCOE.
