Premier Energies Secures INR 2,703 Crore Solar Module and Cell Orders for 2,059 MW Capacity

Premier Energies’ subsidiaries bagged INR 2,703 crore worth of orders for 2,059 MW solar PV modules and cells, to be delivered in FY26–27, strengthening its renewable energy manufacturing footprint in India.

Premier Energies Ltd. announced that its subsidiaries, Premier Energies Photovoltaic Pvt. Ltd., Premier Energies Global Environment Pvt. Ltd., and Premier Energies International Pvt Ltd., have collectively received and accepted fresh orders worth INR 2,703 crore from a mix of new and existing customers.

The contracts cover the supply of solar photovoltaic modules and cells with an aggregate capacity of 2,059 MW. According to the company’s regulatory filing, the execution of these orders is scheduled across FY 2026 and FY 2027.

The orders have been placed by renowned independent power producers and other domestic customers. Further, in its regulatory filing, the company clarified that the orders are one-time supply contracts. aligning with the company’s growing portfolio in the renewable energy manufacturing sector.

The firm emphasised that the deal strengthens its position as a key contributor to India’s renewable energy expansion. With these large-scale orders, the company aims to further accelerate solar adoption while reinforcing its leadership in the domestic solar manufacturing ecosystem.
