Solar cell and module manufacturer Premier Energies has reported a 12 percent YoY growth in its revenue to INR 1,966 crore in Q3 FY26. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) jumped by a 53.4 percent YoY to INR 392 crore. The PAT margin improved from 14.6 percent to 19.9 percent, in the year.

The improvement in performance came on the back of strong operational performance and a growing order book, which stands at INR 13,723 crore, the company stated.

Commenting on the performance, Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director and CEO, Premier Energies, said, “Q3 FY26 results reflect the strength of our integrated manufacturing model, disciplined execution, and growing scale. Strong domestic demand, improving capacity utilisation, and a shift to new technologies has positioned us well to support India’s clean energy transition while delivering sustainable value to our stakeholders.”

The company’s manufacturing capacity stands at 3.2 GW for solar cells and 5.1 GW for solar modules. It has a large-scale greenfield expansion, including a 7 GW solar cell manufacturing facility and a 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility expected to be completed in the current year.
