Pre-Bid Meeting Notification: Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 2X100 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant for Coal India Limited (CIL) with Indigenous Cells & Modules including 10 Years Plant O&M at Neemuch-Mandsaur Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh under Domestic Competitive bidding.

This has reference to the NIT documents (NIT No. SECI/C&P/CIL/MP/082017/13 dated 04.10.2017) regarding the Tender for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 2X100 MW (AC) Solar PV Power Plant for Coal India Limited (CIL) with Indigenous Cells & Modules including 10 Years Plant O&M at Neemuch-Mandsaur Solar Park, Madhya Pradesh under Domestic Competitive bidding.

In reference to the above subject matter, A Pre-Bid/clarification Meeting shall be organized at Coal India Limited, Coal Bhawan, Premise No-04 MAR, Plot No-AF-III, Action Area-1A, Newtown, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156 on 13/11/2017 (Monday) at 1100 Hrs Onwards.

The revised dates for the final Bid submission will be intimated shortly. Maximum 02 (Two) persons from the respective Bidder company are allowed to attend the Pre Bid Meeting.

Bidders are required to send their confirmation mail on SECI website at contracts@seci.co.in to attend the Pre Bid meeting latest by 12/11/2017. Mail confirmation is sought mandatorily from bidder side in this regard, so that necessary arrangements can be done.
