Powertrac, GREW Solar Explore 480 MW DCR Module Supply, 500 MW RE Park
Powertrac Group held a strategic meeting with GREW Solar to explore the procurement of 480 MW DCR-compliant solar modules for its IPP portfolio and the development of a 500 MW renewable energy park in Gujarat to cater to commercial and industrial consumers.

The proposed 480 MW module supply would support Powertrac Group’s IPP projects, while the proposed 500 MW renewable energy park is intended to cater to the growing clean-energy requirements of commercial and industrial (C&I) consumers in Gujarat, the company stated.
Powertrac Group was represented by Kishorsinh Zala, Chairman; Divyarajsinh Zala, Managing Director; and Dhruv Patel, CEO. GREW Solar was represented by Brijmohan Chiripal, Director, and Rohan Chiripal, Director, GREW Energy.
The proposed association could support Powertrac Group’s plans to expand its renewable energy portfolio by combining its project-development capabilities with GREW Solar’s domestic solar module manufacturing expertise.
The discussions came amid growing demand for reliable and cost-effective renewable power from Gujarat’s C&I sector. The proposed renewable energy park could help businesses meet their sustainability goals while supporting India’s broader clean-energy and domestic manufacturing ambitions, the company stated.
Powertrac Group remains committed to building strategic industry partnerships that strengthen its IPP portfolio and contribute to the continued development of Gujarat’s renewable energy ecosystem, it said.
Further details regarding the proposed module procurement and renewable energy park are expected to be announced as discussions progress.
