Pahal Solar Signs 500 MW EPE Encapsulant Supply Agreement with RenewSys
RenewSys will supply EPE encapsulants to Pahal Solar, designed for durability, enhanced PID resistance, and long-term performance, suitable for advanced cell technologies such as TOPCon.

The agreement supports Pahal Solar’s growing production capacity and brings together two Indian solar manufacturers focused on strengthening domestic supply chains. RenewSys will supply EPE encapsulants designed for durability, enhanced PID resistance, and long-term performance, suitable for advanced cell technologies such as TOPCon.
By sourcing encapsulants domestically, Pahal Solar aims to reduce reliance on imported materials and align its manufacturing strategy with India’s push for self-reliant renewable energy infrastructure.
Speaking on the partnership, Paresh Shingala, Chairman and Managing Director, Pahal Solar, said, “Our commitment to quality has been our core. Incorporating RenewSys’ high-quality materials into our production ensures long-term performance and enables us to deliver modules that are consistent, durable, and future-ready.”
Pahal Solar said it continues to focus on improving module reliability and customer satisfaction through material and technology choices. Manish Shingala, Director, Pahal Solar, noted that under the strategic leadership of Romit Patel, CTO, Pahal Solar, the company is driving innovation with a focus on 520 GSM EPE technology. The company stated that this approach reflects its effort to deliver reliable, high-quality, and future-ready solar solutions.
