Pace Digitek Secures INR 92.9 Crore BESS Order from Kalpa Power

Pace Digitek announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power (LPPL), has received a Letter of Award from Kalpa Power for the supply and commissioning support of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The order is valued at INR 92.9 crore and is scheduled for completion by December 31, 2026. 

The order adds to Pace Digitek's growing BESS business and strengthens near-term visibility for its manufacturing operations. The project will be supplied from the Company's BESS manufacturing platform, which has recently been expanded to 5 GWh of installed capacity. 

Over the past year, Pace Digitek has manufactured more than 300 utility-scale BESS containers, representing approximately 1.5 GWh of battery energy storage capacity. The company has been progressively scaling its manufacturing capabilities to address growing demand for utility-scale and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) energy storage applications. 

The company's BESS manufacturing capacity has increased from 2.5 GWh to 5 GWh, with a further phased expansion towards 10 GWh targeted by the end of FY2027. The expansion is expected to provide additional capacity to support product supplies as well as the Pace Digitek's participation in integrated BESS projects.

Pace Digitek is building its BESS business across manufacturing, system integration and project execution, with a focus on increasing manufacturing scale and localisation.
