Pace Digitek Q1 FY27 Revenue Rises 51.3 Percent to INR 555.4 Cr., BESS Capacity Reaches 5 GWh

Pace Digitek posted 51.3 percent year on year revenue growth and 14.3 percent higher profit in Q1 FY27, while expanding BESS manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh and maintaining a INR 10,803.3 crore order book.

Pace Digitek Ltd.  has reported a strong start to FY27, posting a 51.3 percent year on year increase in revenue from operations to INR 555.4 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by continued growth across its energy and telecom infrastructure businesses.

The company's profit after tax (PAT) rose 14.3 percent year on year to INR 62.5 crore during the quarter, while EBITDA increased 7.5 percent to INR 86.1 crore. EBITDA margin stood at 15.5 percent, compared with 21.8 percent in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. PAT margin was 11.3 percent.

Pace Digitek's executable order book stood at INR 10,803.3 crore as of August 5, 2026, comprising INR 8,453 crore from its energy business and INR 2,350.3 crore from the telecom and ICT segment, providing strong revenue visibility.

The company strengthened its battery energy storage systems (BESS) business during the quarter by delivering 90 BESS containers and maintaining overall BESS order visibility of more than 5 GWh. Following the quarter, it operationalised an additional 2.5 GWh BESS manufacturing platform, doubling its installed manufacturing capacity to 5 GWh. It is also progressing with plans to expand capacity to 10 GWh while developing an in house container fabrication facility to improve localisation, supply chain integration and manufacturing efficiency.

Pace Digitek said that it is also evaluating commercial and industrial energy storage prototype solutions for commercial deployment while expanding its presence across manufacturing, EPC and selective build own operate segments to generate long term recurring revenue.

In the telecom and ICT business, the company secured an advance work order worth INR 264 crore from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.(BSNL) for the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation and maintenance of middle mile and last mile networks under the BharatNet programme in the Sikkim Telecom Circle.

During the quarter, the company entered into an OEM partnership with NEC XON Systems Proprietary Limited to market, distribute and deploy grid scale BESS solutions across South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia and Mauritius, strengthening its presence in African energy markets.

Subsequent to the quarter, Pace Digitek also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India to pursue opportunities in AI data centre power infrastructure and established the Pace Lineage Research Center in Pune to advance research and product development in advanced chemistry cells and energy storage technologies.

Commenting on the results, Chairman and Managing Director Maddisetty Venugopal Rao said that the company had begun FY27 on a strong footing with robust execution across its energy and telecom businesses. He said  that the healthy order pipeline, expansion of BESS manufacturing capacity and strategic partnerships position the company well to capitalise on growing opportunities in India's energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.
