Pace Digitek has announced that its subsidiary Lineage Power has secured an INR 199.42 crore contract from Larsen & Toubro, Construction.
Under this order, Lineage Power will supply highly specialised LiFePo₄ liquid-cooled Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Integrated Containers for the Bihar State Power Generation Company’s Kajra project, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
The order quantity involves supplying 55 BESS integrated containers totalling about 275.83 MWh. The order is scheduled to be completed by March 2026, it said.
This deployment plays a crucial role in strengthening India’s grid, supporting renewable integration, and modernising state-level energy infrastructure.
“This win highlights Pace Digitek Group’s expanding capabilities beyond telecom and ICT, reaffirming our strategic commitment to clean energy and large-scale storage solutions,” the company stated.
Last month, Pace Digitek received an INR 1,159.31 crore order from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a BESS DC package. Under the contract, the company will supply a 600 MW/1,200 MWh BESS and provide service and maintenance support for 10 years.
In June 2025, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Pralhad Joshi inaugurated Pace Digitek's 5 GWh BESS Manufacturing Facility in Bidadi Industrial Area, Bengaluru. "The newly inaugurated facility has a fully automated cell-to-pack assembly line, signalling a move towards precision-driven, high-quality production with minimal human intervention," the company stated.
