Oswal Pumps Bags INR 235.92 Cr MSEDCL Order for 10,000 Solar Water Pumps
Oswal Pumps has secured an additional INR 235.92 crore order from MSEDCL to supply and install 10,000 off-grid solar water pumping systems under the PM-KUSUM Component-B 'Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump' Yojana in Maharashtra.

Oswal Pumps has announced that the company has received an additional order worth INR 235.92 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) under the PM Kusum B Scheme ‘Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump’ Yojana for the supply and installation of 10,000 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems.
The order encompasses the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar water pumping systems in 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP capacities. These systems will be installed at identified farmers’ locations across Maharashtra, supporting sustainable irrigation and promoting the adoption of renewable energy in the agricultural sector, stated the company.
