Oswal Pumps Appoints Vijay Kumar Yadav as Chief Financial Officer

Oswal Pumps Ltd. has appointed Vijay Kumar Yadav as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 8, 2026, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands manufacturing capacity and scales operations.

Yadav brings more than 21 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic financial management and regulatory compliance. He joined Oswal Pumps as Senior General Manager, Finance, on June 22, 2026, before taking charge as CFO.

Prior to joining Oswal Pumps, Yadav served as CFO of Duroply Industries Ltd. and held senior finance positions at Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd., Wires, Fabriks (S.A.) Ltd. and Texplas Group of Companies.

During his career, he has worked on IPO readiness, financial transformation, capital structuring and working capital optimisation. At Oswal Pumps, he will oversee financial management and work with the leadership team on financial planning, governance, capital allocation and strategic decision making.

The appointment comes as Oswal Pumps continues to invest in manufacturing capabilities and expand its business portfolio across the solar, domestic, agriculture and industrial segments.
