Oswal Energies Ltd. has entered into a strategic collaboration with Abu Dhabi-based Arab Tanker Services (ATS) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly deliver EPC and Design-Build-Operate (DBO) energy infrastructure projects in the UAE and other global markets.
The alliance will combine the technical and operational strengths of both companies to execute end-to-end onshore, offshore and subsea projects across the oil, gas and advanced energy sectors. Key focus areas include surface facilities, Early Production Facilities (EPFs) for rapid upstream deployment, rigid thermoplastic pipe (RTP) and subsea pipeline systems, offshore cable and pipeline laying, as well as modular process skids and fabricated assemblies for industrial applications.
Project execution will be supported by ATS’s infrastructure base in Abu Dhabi, which includes a fleet of 24 offshore barges and vessels for marine construction and logistics, a dedicated fabrication yard for modular skids and heavy equipment, and long-term jetty and marine infrastructure assets. The partnership will also leverage advanced subsea capabilities such as remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) to undertake complex offshore and subsea EPC works.
Commenting on the partnership, Oswal Energies Managing Director Ratan Bokadia said that the collaboration marks a significant step towards building an integrated and technology-driven energy infrastructure platform with global reach. He added that the combined capabilities of both companies would enhance execution of EPFs, offshore pipelines, modular process systems and clean hydrogen initiatives, aligned with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 objectives.
With integrated engineering, fabrication, marine logistics and execution capabilities, the Oswal Energies–ATS alliance aims to accelerate project delivery timelines and undertake large, technically complex energy infrastructure projects. The partnership also aligns with Oswal Energies’ broader plans to expand its Middle East footprint, targeting investments of up to USD 1 billion in the region.
