Oswal Energies and DPA Ink MoU to Develop Green Hydrogen, Methanol, Ammonia and Desalination Plant
Oswal Energies has signed an MoU with the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) to develop integrated green energy and desalination projects. Under the agreement, the company will establish green hydrogen production units, methanol and ammonia conversion facilities, and a 100 MLD desalination plant to support India’s National Green Energy initiative.

							Oswal Energies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) (Kandla-Gandhidham) for the development of green hydrogen, green methanol, green ammonia, and a 100 MLD desalination plant under the National Green Energy initiative.
The project highlights the scale and importance of the green energy initiative by DPA in which Oswal Energies is playing a key development role.
Through this MoU, Oswal Energies will oversee the development of green hydrogen generation units, methanol and ammonia conversion facilities, and a high-capacity 100 MLD desalination system. This project will highlight Oswal Energies’ execution capabilities, technological expertise, and commitment to sustainable development. By working closely with domestic and international technology partners, Oswal Energies aims to accelerate India’s transition toward clean energy and contribute meaningfully to the country’s net-zero vision.

The MoU was signed between Dixit Bokadia, Director, Oswal Energies and M Suresh, Chief Strategic Officer, DPA during the India Maritime Week 2025.
