Osaka Gas Acquires 350MW Utility Scale Solar Project from EENorth America in Texas
Osaka Gas USA Corporation, a 100% subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co. Ltd., has agreed to acquire 100% ownership of 350MW, utility-scale solar Project in Texas from EENorth America, LLC a subsidiary of European Energy A/S.

Osaka Gas USA Corporation (OGUSA), a 100% subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co. Ltd., has agreed to acquire 100% ownership of 350MW, utility-scale solar Project in Texas from EENorth America, LLC a subsidiary of European Energy A/S.
The Project is currently under development and expected to enter commercial operation by July 2025. It will be the largest utility-scale solar project in Osaka Gas Co. Ltd., as a part of Daigas Group.
OGUSA has been participating in distributed solar power generation projects and utilityscale solar development projects in US by collaborating with partners. The Company will continue to contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society by promoting the spread and expansion of renewable energy.
OGUSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., one of the largest energy utility companies in Japan, focusing on its four core businesses of power generation, shale gas development, natural gas liquefaction at Freeport LNG, and future energy development/innovation.
