Solar EPC company Oriano Clean Energy has announced that the company has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) for a 57 MW solar project awarded under the GUVNL 500 MW Solar (Phase-XXVII) tender.

“The project is planned to be commissioned within a 24-month timeline, giving us a strong execution window and reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality, timely projects. This development underscores our strong execution capability and our commitment to delivering utility-scale assets with reliability and precision,” the company stated in a social media post.

The signing of this PPA also reflects Oriano’s strategic shift beyond being just a solar EPC company, it said. “With an expanding portfolio that now spans RE Turnkey EPC, EHV EPC, RE Park Development, RE Asset Management Solutions and IPP, we are moving decisively toward becoming a comprehensive Energy Platform,” the company stated.

As of 2025, Oriano Clean Energy has built a diversified portfolio of over 3 GWp. This includes 1.5 GWp already commissioned, more than 1 GWp currently under construction as EPC, and over 0.5 GWp under IPP and development. The company also manages an asset management portfolio exceeding 1 GWp.

In addition, Oriano has strengthened its capabilities in EHV EPC, executing projects up to 400 kV across power substations, transmission lines, and STU/CTU/government orders, the company stated.
