Oriana Power Secures INR 37.18 Crores Solar Project in TN

Oriana Power Ltd. has secured a substantial new order for a 10 MW solar power project valued at INR 37.18 crore. The project, awarded by Stone And Mineral Industry in Tamil Nadu, is expected to be completed in the financial year 2024-25.

This significant order highlights Oriana Power’s growing prominence in the renewable energy sector, reflecting its expanding role in the clean energy market. This new order is part of a broader strategy by Oriana Power to enhance its solar energy portfolio, which includes several high-profile projects currently under development.

As per the firm, it offers a comprehensive range of services in the renewable energy sector. Their expertise spans across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for solar projects, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion. They also provide Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) solutions, facilitating solar energy adoption with minimal upfront costs. Oriana Power specialises in various solar technologies, including floating solar systems, ground-mounted installations, rooftop solar setups, and carport solar solutions.

Additionally, they offer hybrid solar solutions that integrate different energy sources for optimized performance. Their services extend to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for efficient energy storage and management. The company is also committed to the long-term success of their projects through comprehensive operations and maintenance services, and they are actively involved in developing large-scale solar parks to bolster renewable energy infrastructure.

As per the firm, the company is actively constructing a 100 MW solar park in Bikaner, Rajasthan. This ambitious project is designed to capitalise on the region’s strong solar potential and is set to become a major contributor to the state’s renewable energy capacity.

Additionally, Oriana Power is developing a 50 MW solar park in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, aimed at bolstering the state’s energy infrastructure and supporting its renewable energy targets. Another significant project is the 50 MW solar park in Sholapur, Maharashtra, which will further the company’s efforts to meet the region's energy needs through sustainable solutions.
