Oriana Power Secures INR 186.36 Cr EPC Contracts for 50 MW Solar PV Project in Kerala
Oriana Power has secured purchase orders worth INR 186.36 crore to deliver a 50 MW (AC) grid-interactive solar PV project in Kerala on a turnkey basis.

Renewable Energy EPC company Oriana Power has announced that the company has received purchase orders (POs) worth about INR 186.36 crore from a renewable energy developer for setting up a 50 MW (AC) grid-interactive solar PV power project in Kerala.
The scope of works under the contract involves end-to-end delivery of the commissioned plant to that renewable energy developer, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
It includes design, engineering, procurement of equipment and materials, testing at manufacturer’s works, packing, forwarding, transportation, supply, receipt, and unloading at site, storage, insurance at all stages, associated civil and electrical works, services, permits, and licenses, installation, erection, testing, commissioning, performance demonstration, and operational acceptance of the 50 MW (AC) solar PV power plant, it said.
The projects are scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2026-27, it said.
In October 2025, the company received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth INR 217.45 crore from SJVN for setting up a 50 MW (AC) grid-interactive solar PV power project to be developed in Gujarat under GUVNL Phase XXII.
In August 2025, Oriana Power emerged as the successful bidder in Solar Energy Corporation of India’s (SECI) green ammonia auction. Oriana Power will supply 60,000 TPA of green ammonia to Madhya Bharat Agro Products’ plant in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh at a price of INR 52.25/kg.
The company also entered into an agreement for design, engineering, supply, construction, installation and commissioning (EPC) of 75 MW solar power plant with battery energy storage systems (BESS’) of about 111.57 MWh in Rajasthan. The total value of the project is estimated at INR 476.13 crore.
In July 2025, Oriana Power announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Truere Knight signed battery energy storage purchase agreement (BESPA) with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (RVUNL) for setting up of 50 MW/100 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Rajasthan. Earlier that month, the company received a letter of award (LoA) from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd. (NVNN) for setting up a 125 MW/250 MWh BESS Projects at the Giral Substation in Rajasthan
In June 2025, the company also secured an EPC order worth about INR 98.63 crore for 20 MW ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Banka district of Bihar. It also includes operation and maintenance for a period of 3 years.
In March 2025, Oriana Power signed an INR 500 crore MoU with the Assam government to develop solar and battery energy storage projects in Kamrup district of Assam, during the Advantage Assam 2.0 Investment and Infrastructure Summit 2025 held in Guwahati, Assam.
