OREDA Issues EoI for 20 MW Solar Projects Under PM KUSUM Yojana in Odisha
OREDA has invited EoIs from EPC contractors to collaborate with landowners/farmers for leasing land and executing 20 MW grid-connected solar PV projects under PM-KUSUM Component A. Bid submission ends on March 29, 2025.

The scope of work includes collaborating with land owners/farmers, design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning and power evacuation. Bidders must also offer operation and maintenance for 10 years.
Bidders need to pay INR 10,500 (plus GST) as a tender document fee and an additional INR 1,000 (plus GST) as a bid processing fee. Further, they need to furnish INR 2 lakh as a bid security.
The last date for online submission of bids is March 29, 2025. Hard copies of the technical bids need to be submitted by April 5, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on April 7, 2025.
The bidder must have designed, supplied, constructed, erected and commissioned solar photovoltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 5 MWp or higher capacity out of which at least one solar power plant must be of 1 MWp or higher capacity.
The reference plant of 1 MWp or higher capacity must be in successful operation for at least three months prior to the date of EoI.
The bidder must have achieved a single work order of at least INR 5 crore value.
The cumulative turnover of the bidder for the last three financial years shall be at least INR 30 crore. The net worth of the bidder during the last financial year must be positive.
