Okaya Arm Wins IATF Certificate of Excellence for Making Li-Ion Batteries

Adding another feather in the cap, Okaya Power Pvt Ltd (Okaya), a multi-billion battery and power back-up products company, has achieved yet another global distinction, as one of its group companies, Sunnoxx International, has been bestowed upon with IATF and TUF certificates by TUV SUD Management Service GmbH, Germany for designing and manufacturing world-class lithium batteries.

The Certification Body of TUV SUD Management Service GmbH, Germany has certified that ‘Sunoxx International’, based in Himachal Pradesh has established a Quality Management System for the design and manufacturing of lithium ion (Li-Ion) batteries.

The certificate have been given after an audit was performed by the certification body of TUV SUD Management Service GmbH, Germany and it found all the requirements have been met by Sunoxx International.

The company said that it has already achieved the distinction of being one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of li-ion batteries, lead acid batteries as well as EV charging stations across the country.
