NTPC REL Tenders BoS Package for 110 MW Wind Power Project at Khavda
NTPC Renewable Energy issues tenders for the Balance of System package for a 110 MW wind energy project at Khavda, Gujarat. Bid submission ends on August 10, 2026.

NTPC Renewable Energy (NTPC REL) has floated a Balance of System (BoS) tender for a 110 MW wind energy project at Khavda, Gujarat.
The scope of work includes the complete survey and design of the overhead 33 kV line system along with associated road works. It also covers the supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the entire 33 kV overhead line network connecting each WTG Unit Substation (USS) to the Pooling Substation (PSS).
The project further includes the construction of internal access roads linking the WTGs to the main roads. In addition, it involves the design, engineering, modification and configuration of redundant Master PPCs, along with the integration of Slave PPCs.
A Grid Code Compliance Study will also be undertaken, and the scope includes the supply and installation of Static VAR Generators (SVGs) and harmonic filters.
Bidders must submit INR 50 lakh as bid security.
The last date for submission of bids is August 10, 2026 till 3:00 PM. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM.
The bidder must have designed/got designed, supplied, erected, tested and commissioned at least 25 km of 33 KV or higher voltage class overhead transmission line during the last seven years, which must be in successful operation for at least one year prior to the techno-commercial bid opening date. This route length must be achieved in not more than two contracts.
To be financially eligible, the average annual turnover of the bidder must not be less than INR 40.78 crore during the preceding three financial years.
