NTPC Invites Bids for 1500 MW Solar Power Projects Across India

Utilizing a Single Stage Two Envelope process, interested parties are required to submit both Technical (Envelope-I) and Financial (Envelope-II) bids, alongside participating in a Reverse Auction.
The deadline for bid submission is March 5, 2024, with bid openings scheduled for the same day. Bidders must adhere to specific requirements, including the submission of an earnest money deposit (EMD) equivalent to INR 11.6 lakhs per MW of the quoted capacity. Additionally, a bidding document fee of INR 22,500 is mandated.
Furthermore, the issuance of RfS Documents to any bidder does not imply qualification. Bidders must submit EMD, Integrity Pact, Pass Phrase, and Board Resolution offline before the designated bid submission deadline, as outlined in the RfS Documents.
