NTPC Floats Tender for O&M of 100 MW Floating Solar PV Plant at Ramagundam
NTPC Ltd. has invited domestic bids for a three-year comprehensive operation and maintenance contract of its 100 MW (AC) floating solar PV plant at Ramagundam, Telangana, comprising 40 blocks.

NTPC Ltd. has invited online bids for the Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of its 100 MW (AC) Floating Solar PV Plant located at Ramagundam, Telangana. The project comprises 40 blocks of 2.5 MW each, and the contract will be executed over a period of three years (36 months).
The tender has been floated under Domestic Competitive Bidding, and bids are to be submitted through NTPC’s e-procurement portal. The last date for bid submission is November 26, 2025, while technical bids will be opened on November 28, 2025.
An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 20 lakh is mandatory. The Integrity Pact is applicable to this tender, while reverse auction will not be conducted. The tender also extends benefits to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as per NTPC’s procurement policies.
To qualify, bidders must have previously executed either installation and commissioning or operation and maintenance of a grid-connected solar power plant of 20 MW or above within the past seven years. Additionally, bidders should have an average annual turnover of INR 7.08 crore during the last three financial years, and their net worth must not be less than 100 percent of paid-up share capital.
Participation is restricted to Class-I local suppliers with a minimum local content of 60 percent, in accordance with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017.
