NPCL Invites Bids for 300 MW RTC Renewable Power from ISTS-Connected Projects
NPCL has invited bids for 300 MW RTC power from ISTS-connected renewable energy projects across India under tariff-based competitive bidding, with online bids due by October 1, 2026.

Noida Power Company Ltd. (NPCL) has invited bids for the supply of 300 MW of Round-the-Clock (RTC) power from Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected renewable energy power projects in India under tariff-based competitive bidding.
The Request for Selection (RfS), seeks to select Renewable Power Developers (RPDs) for the supply of RTC renewable power. The tender will be conducted through an open e-tender using a single-stage, two-envelope bidding system.
The RfS document will be available on the ISN-ETS portal and NPCL’s website. Interested bidders are required to download the official RfS document from the Electronic Tender System portal to participate in the bidding process.
The non-refundable RfS document fee is INR 29,500, including GST, payable through NEFT/RTGS along with the bid. A bid processing fee of INR 15 lakh plus 18 percent GST for each project is also required to be submitted through NEFT/RTGS.
Bidders are required to submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a bank guarantee, The Performance Bank Guarantee will be applicable as prescribed in the RfS document.
The pre-bid meeting will be held online on September 18, 2026. The last date for submission of online bids on October 1, 2026, while hard copies of documents must be submitted on October 5, 2026.
The technical bids will be opened on October 5, 2026. The opening of price bids will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders. The date and time of the e-reverse auction will also be intimated to eligible bidders through email. The bid validity period is 12 months from the last date of submission of online bids.
Interested bidders must register on the ISN-ETS portal to participate in the tender and are responsible for completing the required registration formalities. NPCL said amendments, clarifications, addenda or corrigenda related to the RfS will be published on its website and the ISN-ETS portal, with information available on the ISN-ETS website prevailing in case of any discrepancy.
