Notice inviting tender for procurement of DG set

National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) Gurgaon annonces tenders for supply installation and commissioning of one 320 kVA DG Set (three Phase, 415 V) with AMF Control Panel, Full Canopy Silent and eco-friendly at NISE GURGAON in replacement of the old 250 KVA DG Set to be taken under buy back arrangement.

Tenders have to be submitted in two parts i.e. Part-I and Part-2. The closing time and date for receipt of tenders at NISE Gurgaon is 1.00 P.M. on 7^th November, 2014.

The diesel engine driven Generator and their components have to comply with the latest edition of the applicable standards as per DGS&D specifications. Equipments must be of the most recent series/models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should be in successful operation for at least one year as on date of Bid Opening.

The goods have to be delivered within 06 weeks from the date of placement of purchase order. 

The vendors will have to provide full comprehensive warranty for a period of 36 months (three year) post installation. During this period they should provide for all spare and parts required for repair and maintenance along with repair maintenance service within 12 hrs of communication of such services cell.
