New corporate name "Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A." effective since the 20th of June 2017 when it was approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting was registered last 18 July with the Mercantile Register.
The name was published in the Stock Exchange bulletin last 21st of July and from the date hereof, 24th of July, shares will be listed under Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. and with Stock ticker symbol (abbreviation used to identify shares on stock markets) SGRE.
