Neil Chatterjee Joins Convergent Energy and Power as Independent Board Director

Convergent Energy and Power (Convergent) announced the appointment of the former commissioner and chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Neil Chatterjee, to the company’s Board of Directors.
