NCR Transport Corporation Invites Bids for 110 MW (AC) Solar Project in Uttar Pradesh

National Capital Region Transport Corporation has invited bids to develop a 110 MW (AC) ground-mounted solar PV project in Uttar Pradesh under captive mode. Bid submission ends on September 25, 2025.

National Capital Region Transport Corporation has floated a tender to select solar power developers to set up a 110 MW (AC) grid-connected solar PV power project in Uttar Pradesh under captive mode.

The scope of work covers end-to-end project execution — from initial design and conceptualisation through to final commissioning. It also encompasses identifying suitable land, securing it through lease or purchase, and undertaking its full development.

The project must be completed within 18 months from the signing of PPA.

Bidders need to furnish INR 6.60 crore as an earnest money deposit (EMD).

The last date for submission of bids is September 25, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on September 26, 2025.

The bidders must have experience in commissioning of at least 55 MW capacity of ground-mounted solar energy project in a contract within the last 10 years ending last day of the month previous to the month of deadline for bid submission. The project must be owned by them.

Additionally, bidders must have secured government work order for at least 500 MW of renewable energy or development of solar park. These work order must either be under commissioning/ commissioned on an ownership basis, within the last 10 years ending last day of the month previous to the month of deadline for bid submission.

Bidders must have a positive net worth for the last three financial years or since their incorporation, whichever is later.
