NCEET-DTU, ASSOCHAM Sign MoU to Advance Clean Energy Innovation and Industry Collaboration
The National Centre of Excellence for Energy Transition at Delhi Technological University and ASSOCHAM have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration in clean energy research, innovation, skill development and industry engagement.

The National Centre of Excellence for Energy Transition (NCEET), Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering), has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The agreement aims to promote collaboration in areas including clean energy, sustainability, energy storage, green hydrogen, e-mobility, startups and emerging technologies.
Under the partnership, NCEET and ASSOCHAM will work together to bridge academia and industry by fostering collaborative research, capacity building, policy dialogues, entrepreneurship and technology commercialisation. The initiative seeks to create an ecosystem that supports innovation while contributing to India's energy transition and sustainability objectives.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Prateek Sharma, Vice Chancellor of DTU; Binod Doley, Registrar; Prof. Roli Purwar, Head of the Green Hydrogen Division at NCEET; Prof. Dheeraj Joshi, Head of the Energy Storage Division; Prof. Anil Kumar, Head of the Clean Energy Division; Prof. Mini Sreejeth, Head of the E-Mobility Division; and Sudhir Vadehra, Director, EPMS.
Representing ASSOCHAM were Dr. Ambika Sharma, Assistant Secretary General; Dr. Swati Sharma, Additional Director and Head, Education and Skilling; Manveen Singh Chadha, Additional Director and Head, Startups and Innovations; Abhay Kumar Yadav, Additional Director and Head, Water, Sustainability and Environment; Harish Pushpakar, Assistant Director, Education; and Hrithik Verma, Membership Outreach and Engagement.
The collaboration will focus on knowledge exchange, joint initiatives and projects aimed at accelerating innovation, strengthening industry-academia linkages and supporting the development of technologies critical to India's clean energy transition.
