Mufin Green Finance Lists USD 6M Bonds on India INX

Mufin Green Finance has secured final listing approval for its United States Dollar (USD)-denominated senior non-convertible bonds on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (IFSC) (India INX). The company informed the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India about the development on September 22, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The approval follows the company’s earlier intimation regarding the allotment of the debt securities on September 11, 2026. The bonds were admitted for trading on the India INX platform with effect from September 22, 2026, following approval issued through circular reference number 20260921-2 dated September 21, 2026.

The issue has a total size of USD 6 million and comprises up to 600 senior, rated and listed notes. The securities were issued as a standalone offering on September 11, 2026. The bonds carry a coupon of 4.50 percent plus the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) and have a maturity date of September 11, 2029.

India INX has specified a tick size of 0.0001 for trading in the securities. The minimum subscription and trading denomination has been set at 10 bonds, with subsequent transactions permitted in multiples of one bond.

The listing provides Mufin Green Finance with access to the international debt capital market through the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at GIFT City. The company can potentially use the platform to broaden its access to international investors and diversify its sources of debt funding.

The development marks another step in Mufin Green Finance’s debt-market activities, with the USD-denominated securities now formally admitted for trading on India INX’s Global Securities Market.
