MOIL Invites Bids for 15 MW Solar Project in Madhya Pradesh
MOIL has invited bids to develop a 15 MW AC solar PV project with seasonal tilt at Rajgarh Khas in Madhya Pradesh. Bid submission ends on December 2, 2025.

MOIL has floated a tender for developing 15 MW AC solar PV projects with seasonal tilt at Rajgarh Khas in Madhya Pradesh.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement and supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the solar PV plant. The project must be completed within six months. The bidder must also provide comprehensive operation and maintenance for 5 Years.
The approximate value of the tender is about INR 63.79 crore.
Bidders need to furnish INR 50 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD).
The last date for submission of bids is December 2, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on December 4, 2025.
The PV modules, inverters, cables and other Balance of system equipment deployed in the solar PV power plant must have valid test certificates as per IEC/ IS Standards by one of the NABL accredited test centres in India.
The bidder must possess experience of having successfully completed similar works, i.e. design, supply, erection and commissioning of ground-mounted Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant of 6 MW or above capacity, during the last seven years.
For three similar completed works, the cost of each work must not be less than the amount equal to 40 percent of the estimated cost. For two similar completed works, the cost of each work must not be less than the amount equal to 50 percent of the estimated cost. For one similar completed work, the cost must not be less than the amount equal to 80 percent of the estimated cost.
Additionally, the bidder must have successfully completed comprehensive operation and maintenance of a minimum 6 MW capacity SPV-based grid-connected power plant for at least 2 years from the date of its commissioning, within the last seven years.
The bidder’s average annual financial turnover of related services during the last three years must be at least 30 percent of the estimated cost.
