Maharashtra’s Solar Surge to Take Centrestage at REconnect Summit Pune on September 19
Under the theme ‘Advancing Renewable Energy Integration in Maharashtra’, the REconnect Summit Pune will spotlight the state’s clean energy journey, convening key stakeholders from solar EPCs (C&I and residential), component manufacturing, and energy storage to chart the path toward a greener future.

The Pune Edition of REconnect Summit is scheduled to be held on September 19, 2025, at the Conrad Hotel. The day-long conference will bring together leading voices in the renewable energy sector to discuss Maharashtra’s renewable energy transition roadmap as the state targets 38 GW of RE by 2030.
Adding to the occasion's prestige, Tuhin A. Sinha, National Spokesperson, BJP and Kanchan Bhosale, Dy. Executive Engineer, MSEDCL, will deliver the opening addresses as the guests of honour. While Sinha will focus on the impact of GST rationalisation on renewable energy projects, Bhosale will speak about RE integration and grid resilience.
Highlighting the solar ecosystem and progress in Maharashtra, Amit Kulkarni, President, The Maharashtra Solar Manufacturers’ Association (MASMA), and Hari P. Srivastava, Founder Director and Chairman, Deccan Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (DCCIA) Pune, will deliver the keynote addresses, emphasising the importance of advancing solar energy adoption.
The summit has garnered support from prominent industry players, including Icon Solar, ECE Solar, Navitas Solar, Deye Interverter Technologies, Anand E-Beam Cables, Future Solar, Feston S.E.V Technologies, Gautam Solar, Aatmanirbhar Solar, POM Power, ARMY Solar, Skkytop, Cosmic PV Power, SolarYaan, Solitech Solar, KP Group, Shreenath Enterprises, Gronsol, Vsole Solar, and SASA Energy. The summit will feature a series of high-profile panel discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities, addressing critical themes such as solar PV manufacturing, regulatory frameworks, utility-scale solar market growth, commercial and industrial (C&I) and residential rooftop solar adoption, procuring solar power through open access captive and group captive model, co-locating battery energy storage system (BESS) with solar projects, energy storage adoption and EV ecosystem in Maharashtra.
