Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam Invites Bids for 100 MW Ground-Mounted Solar Projects
Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam has invited bids to develop a 100 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project in Mandsaur district under captive mode. Bid submission ends on August 25, 2025.

Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam has floated a tender to engage a developer for setting up a 100 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project under captive mode.
The solar PV power plant is to be set up in Ramnagar and Dhanwada village of Suwasra tehsil in Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh. The projects must be completed within 24 months.
Bidders need to pay INR 50,000 as a tender document fee and another INR 1,180 as a processing fee. Further, they need to furnish INR 50 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD). The selected bidder must deposit INR 20 crore as performance security within 21 days of issuance of the LOA.
The last date for submission of bids is August 22, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on August 25, 2025.
Solar PV modules for the project must be procured from the models and manufacturers listed in MNRE’s ALMM List-I for solar PV modules.
Bidders must have successfully completed and operationalised grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV power projects with a cumulative capacity of at least 25 MW during the last seven years. Out of this, at least one grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project must have an individual capacity of at least 10 MW.
As for financial eligibility, bidders must have a minimum net worth of INR 60 crore.
