Low-Cost Odysse HyFy Electric Scooter Offers 25 km/h

Odysse Electric Vehicles has introduced a new low-speed electric scooter. The HyFy priced at just INR 42,000 (ex-showroom).

The affordable price will make this new electric vehicle (EV) a go-to choice for city commuters looking for a practical, eco-friendly ride. The Odysse HyFy is built to handle the daily commute with ease.

The EV runs on a 250-watt motor and offers a battery option of 48V or 60V. The electric scooter offers a top speed of 25 km/h. Being a low-speed EV, a driving license or registration is not required in most states.

Some interesting features that make this electric scooter attractive include cruise control, keyless start, city drive, parking with reverse modes equipped with a digital LED meter that keeps the rider informed about speed and battery status. It also comes with practical boot space to store daily essentials easily.

The weight of the vehicle measures 1790 mm in length, 750 mm in width, and 1165 mm in height, with a ground clearance of 215 mm. It has a kerb weight of 88 kg. The Odysse HyFy features telescopic front suspension and a heavy spring-loaded rear suspension, ensuring a smooth ride.

The HyFy is available in Royal Matte Blue, Ceramic Silver, Aurora Matte Black, Flare Red, and Jade Green colours. The two-wheeler is powered by a 250W motor and operates on a 48V or 60V system. It offers a top speed of 25 km/h.

The graphene battery (48V/60V, 32AH) takes around eight hours to charge fully, and a Lithium-ion battery (60V, 24AH) with a four-hour charging time. Depending on the battery type, the HyFy offers a range of 70–89 km on a single charge.
