LONGi has unveiled its LONGi ONE strategy to fully integrate solar-plus-storage systems designed to improve performance, simplify deployment, and enhance accountability across the project lifecycle.

According to the company, the LONGi ONE platform represents a move away from conventional multi-vendor solar solutions, which often face challenges such as efficiency losses, complex commissioning, and fragmented responsibility. By adopting a unified system architecture, LONGi aims to deliver a streamlined and high-performance “Solar Generator” solution.

At the core of LONGi ONE are three guiding principles. One System, One Platform, and One Responsibility. This integrated approach combines advanced Back Contact (BC) solar technology with 5S storage solutions, enabling coordinated optimisation across power generation, storage, and consumption through an AI-driven platform.

The One Responsibility model ensures that customers engage with a single provider throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. This reduces interface complexities, eliminates accountability gaps, and enables faster resolution of operational issues, addressing a longstanding challenge in the solar energy and energy storage sector.

LONGi ONE offers tailored solutions for both utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. For utility-scale projects, the OneBank 2.0 system provides an integrated AC/DC storage solution with enhanced safety features. Its proprietary iCCS technology enables rapid fault detection and isolation, reducing system-level failure rates by up to 60 percent and shortening pre-commissioning timelines by over 30 percent.

Additionally, OneMatrix 2.0 delivers a modular and flexible deployment approach, supporting multiple duration configurations such as 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour systems. This flexibility reduces deployment time by 20 to 30 percent while lowering lifecycle costs.

For the C&I segment, the Hi-MO One module, combined with the EnergyOne platform, achieves module efficiency of 24.8 percent and system efficiency of up to 90.3 percent. With response times of less than 20 milliseconds and AI-driven energy management, the solution supports intelligent operations and optimised energy returns.

To strengthen its global presence, LONGi has introduced its “2830 Plan,” which aims to establish 30 localised service centres across key markets by 2028. Backed by experience spanning over 120 countries and 13 GWh of deliveries, this network is expected to provide comprehensive lifecycle services and faster local support.
