Lineage Power Signs 3 GWh LFP Battery Supply Agreement with Rongjie Energy Tech

Lineage Power, the material subsidiary of Pace Digitek, has entered into a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology (RJE Tech), a leading Chinese manufacturer of lithium-ion battery cells. 

Under the agreement, Rongjie Energy Tech will supply 3 GWh of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells and related accessories to Lineage Power. The agreement represents a significant step in strengthening the Company's battery cell sourcing framework and supports its expanding Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing platform and execution capabilities across utility-scale and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications. 

The agreement secures the supply of 3 GWh of next-generation LFP battery cells, ensuring long-term supply chain stability for future energy storage projects. It incorporates Rongjie Energy Tech’s advanced 314Ah storage-specific prismatic cells, which are designed to deliver longer cycle life, enhanced safety and improved performance for energy storage applications. The partnership also establishes a comprehensive operational framework covering pricing, quality standards, warranties and delivery schedules to support efficient long-term collaboration. In addition, it leverages Rongjie Energy Tech’s manufacturing facilities in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area to enable streamlined logistics and efficient shipments to India and other international markets. The agreement further creates a framework for ongoing technical collaboration, including product validation, quality assurance and continuous product improvement to ensure high performance and reliability.
