LED Expo 2018 to help improve sustainable energy access for rural India

Cool yet affordable innovation in the LED Revolution all set to be unveiled at 18th edition of LED Expo 2018 in Mumbai from 10th – 12th  May at Bombay Exhibition Centre.

 The advent of LED revolution has opened a range of new opportunities in the homegrown market as well for the benefit of rural India. Also, the replacement of old fashioned light bulbs with LEDs is playing a big role in fighting global warming. More about this sector and the quirky, cool yet affordable innovation in the LED Revolution is all set to be unveiled at upcoming 18^th edition of renowned international platform and India’s largest exhibition on LED Lighting Products and Technology, LED Expo 2018 from 10th  – 12th  May at Bombay Exhibition Centre. Host of Indian start-up companies, Government Subsidy initiatives, Electrification of rural areas, LEDification of street lighting & more alike forms the focus the current edition of LED Expo 2018, India's only exhibition that covers the entire value chain of the LED industry.

Such smart and futuristic LED innovations will captivate the audiences visiting the 3-day expo. Organized by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd the show is regarded as the trendsetter event for the business in the LED technology. LED technology has been slowly accepted in India as it is the perfect solution for illuminating the public, commercial and private spaces. Lighting accounts for 20 to 30 percent of global electricity consumption and about 6 percent of greenhouse gas emissions.

One major interesting launch is the automatic soldering robot that will boost, manufacturing processes with world class technology by KPH Technologies. Also, Silvolite shall unveil, LED torches and LED lamps that are water and shock resistant. And these lamps would be used in rural areas and areas that are affected by long hours of power cuts in the city as well. The futuristic products that will galore at the expo are the LED products like COB Downlight, LED Lights using Solar and Battery to minimize electricity usage, Tuneable white lights, and many more which can also be connected to your Wi-Fi and can be controlled by Android/IoS, devices.
