Larsen & Toubro Secures Key Role in TenneT’s Offshore Wind Program
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has been selected by TenneT, in collaboration with Hitachi Energy, to deliver HVDC converter stations for the Dutch-German transmission operator’s offshore wind program in the North Sea.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced that it has secured a critical role in the High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) offshore wind program of TenneT, the Dutch German transmission system operator.
Collaborating with Hitachi Energy, L&T has been nominated by TenneT to deliver state-of-the-art HVDC converter stations. This initiative aims to accelerate the integration of large-scale renewable energy into the European power grid, particularly across the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea, the company said in a statement.
Commenting on the project win, S.N.
