Kshema Power Appoints VN Kalyanasundaram as Head – Projects

Kshema Power, a renewable and hybrid energy solution company, has appointed VN Kalyanasundaram (VNK) as Head Projects. A part of the Kshema family for over eight years, Kalyanasundaram brings more than three decades of professional experience across the cement, construction, and energy sectors, with extensive expertise in supply chain management, procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics and operational performance.

Over the course of his career, he has led initiatives focused on cost optimisation, vendor management, procurement strategy, logistics efficiency and operational excellence. His experience also includes developing pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, strengthening procurement practices and driving cost-reduction initiatives. He is recognised for his analytical approach, strong negotiation capabilities, and ability to lead teams towards continuous improvement and sustainable operational performance.

At Kshema Power, his experience has been closely aligned with the organisation’s operational requirements, particularly across SCM and site execution. His hands-on approach, operational understanding, and extensive industry experience will support Kshema Power’s continued efforts to enhance execution rigour, improve project delivery, and build greater consistency across its sites.
